How much is the deposit?
The standard deposit is 5% of the total project and is due at the time of the contract signing. Our drawschedules are set up in a manner in which you are only paying for what has been completed or in theprocess of being completed.
Do you handle the necessary permits?
Yes, we handle all of the necessary permits and will assist with your HOA approval.

Absolutely. We carry a 2 million-liability policy and require a 2 million policy of our trades as well. We carry a license in every county and city in which we work.
